Glasnevin Cemetery Museum and EPIC - The Irish Emigration Museum have joined forced to offer two very different but equally as engaging perspectives into Irish culture and history. Together they have produced a combination pass designed specifically for schools which allows groups access to both venues.
Glasnevin Cemetery Museum is home to many of the most famous residents in Irish history and plenty more quirky & interesting characters besides. It is also Ireland's largest cemetery with over 1.6 million residents. Our tour guides will regale students with their in-depth knowledge of the figures that shaped the course of history in the country and entertain them while they're at it.
EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum is an interactive experience located in Dublin city centre. It will guide your group to uncover the dramatic and inspiring stories of the Irish who travelled the world, from early times to the modern day. The world's only fully digital museum features 1500 years of Irish history and relives some of the greatest achievements in music, literature, sport, politics, fashion and science.
This offer is also open to Primary and Secondary language schools and it is a unique opportunity for visiting students to immerse themselves in two very alternative takes on the Irish experience.
