Lecture by Séamas Ó Síocháin Ph.D, (Senior Lecturer Emeritus, Department of Anthropology, National University of Ireland Maynooth)

He is the joint author of The Eyes of Another Race: Roger Casement's Congo Report and 1903 Diary (UCD Press, 2004) and Social Thought on Ireland in the Nineteenth Century. He is currently editor of the Irish Journal of Anthropology.

3.00pm Sir Roger Casement Lecture delivered by Dr Séamas Ó Síocháin titled "Don't let me die in this place", the death and life of Sir Roger Casement.

3.45pm Tea & coffee will be served in the Prospect Gallery, Glasneivn Museum
