94th Annual Commemoration of General Michael Collins & President Arthur Griffith - 21st August

You are invited to attend the 94th Annual Commemoration of General Michael Collins & President Arthur Griffith which will take place at their burial places in Glasnevin Cemetery on Sunday 21st August at 12 noon. 

This year's oration will be delivered by Mr. Leo Varadkar TD, Minister for Social Protection.

The Commemoration is being organised in conjunction with Glasnevin Trust and the Defence Forces. The Commemoration will be preceded by mass at Berkeley Road Church at 10.30am.

Running Order:

12.00pm        Arrival of Collins/Griffith Commemoration Society & invited guests
 
12.10pm        Welcome by Glasnevin Trust followed by

  •       Last post

12.15pm        Flag raised at Sigerson Monument 
 
12.20pm        Colour party form-up and led by piper, dignitaries & guests to the grave of President Arthur Griffith.
 
12.25pm        Arrival at grave of President Arthur Griffith
