Join in the Spooktacular fun at Glasnevin Museum this Halloween, where we have Terrifying Tales, Frightful Face Painting, Gruesome Grub, Pumpkin Carving and tours of Ghastly Glasnevin. (Perfect for 7 – 12 year olds).

 3pm in the Prospect Gallery there will be Terrifying Tales, Frightful Face Painting, and a 5pm tour of Ghastly Glasnevin

Gruesome Grub is available each day in the Tower Cafe

Cost €5.00 per child, all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Freaky Floral Fun

For Adults & Children on Saturday 24th & 30th at 10am in The Tower Cafe there will be demonstrations from Glasnevin Trust Florists on how to create a perfect Halloween Table Display.

This workshop lasts one hour and is free of charge, however as space is limited, we ask that you register your interest via email with chickey@glasnevintrust.ie or call 01 8826510 to book a place.
The Celts celebrated Halloween as Samhain, ‘All Hallowtide’ – the ‘Feast of the Dead’, when the veil between worlds is weakened.
